Refund, Return, Exchange & Replacement
- The Hem Story products are handmade; hence, we have no return/exchange policy.
- Replacement available in case of any defect/damage within the product for which the customer is required to provide an unpacking video of our product.
- Customer to inform about the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order at thehemstory@gmail.com, along with a photo and unpacking video, failing which orders will not be eligible for any kind of replacement.
- Customized products created specifically on customer request are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order for a personalized item is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned, as these items are uniquely tailored to individual preferences. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
- Any other damage other than mentioned will cancel the eligibility of replacement.
- Products purchased during sale are non-refundable and not eligible for any kind of cancellation.
- If there is any defect in the product, it should be unwashed, unused for hygiene purposes.
- The product should have original tags; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
- Please check the items, and replacement details carefully. Our courier partner will accept only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the replacement request by you.
- In case the items handed over to the courier person don’t match the items intended for return, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
- If you self-ship the product without taking confirmation from us, the return won’t be processed.
